By using Positions ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

Positions is a wellness and habit-tracking tool for desk movement and posture. You may use it for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

2. Account and data

You may use the app without an account (guest) or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Data you create (habits, completions, settings) may be stored on your device and, when signed in, may be stored in our systems. Our use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions (Pro)

Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features (e.g. analytics, export). Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscription terms (billing, renewal, cancellation) are governed by Stripe and the terms you accept at checkout. You may cancel via the billing portal linked from the app (e.g. "Manage subscription" on the pricing page). Refunds are subject to our policy and applicable law.

4. Disclaimer

Positions is for general wellness and habit tracking only. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional healthcare. Consult a doctor or physical therapist for medical or rehabilitation advice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.
